The Board of Directors of the Maine Space Corporation has scheduled its first organizational meeting on Tuesday, June 27th, 2023, from 11 am to 1 pm. The location of the meeting is TechPlace, 74 Orion Street, Brunswick Landing, Brunswick, Maine. As this is the first business meeting of the Corporation, the action items to be considered include approval of the Bylaws, election of Officers and approval of several organizational resolutions.
